Normativa Campeonato WUSV FPr3 2023
El Campeonato WUSV FPr3 es una actividad cinológica que sigue el reglamento internacional de trabajo/utilidad IGP-FPr3 y está abierta a todos los equipos de los clubes miembros de la Unión Mundial de Clubes del Perro de Pastor Alemán (WUSV) en el mundo.
Los equipos estarán formados por hasta 4 binomios, inicialmente 3 de ellos serán los que competirán y se nombrará un suplente por el jefe de equipo en la reunión previa al sorteo. En el caso que el número de países inscritos fuera inferior al previsto, la organización podrá permitir competir hasta 4 binomios por país.
Las condiciones de inscripción y participación son:
El perro:
– Perros de pastor alemán de raza pura (perro con pedigrí reconocido por la WUSV).
– Estén en posesión de una prueba IGP-3 o IGP-FPr3 con anterioridad a la celebración del campeonato.
– Certificado de buena salud emitido por un veterinario.
– Cartilla sanitaria en vigor, incluyendo la vacuna de la rabia.
Los guías:
– Los equipos estarán compuestos por hasta 4 competidores, uno de ellos será el reserva.
– Son los clubes miembros de la WUSV los encargado de inscribir los binomios y nombrar un jefe de equipo.
Fecha de la inspección veterinaria y entrega de documentación, dorsales y acreditaciones:
Martes día 11 de abril de 2023 durante todo el día y miércoles día 12 de abril de 2023 por la mañana. (frontón municipal del Lerma)
Fecha de la reunión de jefes de equipo:
Miércoles día 12 de abril de 2023 a las 15:30 horas. (la organización indicará el lugar)
Fecha del sorteo:
Miércoles día 12 de abril de 2023. (la organización indicará la hora al jefe de equipo, no obstante será por la tarde.
Fecha de la competición:
Jueves día 13, Viernes día 14 y Sábado día 15 de Abril de 2023. (la entrega de trofeos se realizará el domingo por la mañana en el Estadio principal).
Desarrollo de las pruebas:
Cada binomio tendrá que realizar dos rastros en días distintos con cada uno de los 2 jueces del campeonato.
Los terrenos de rastreo serán de tierra labrada.
Los objetos serán los proporcionados por la empresa patrocinadora de material deportivo para el Campeonato y serán mostrados en la página web, así como el banderín de salida.
Puntuación individual:
La puntuación individual será la suma aritmética de los dos resultados otorgados por cada juez en cada uno de los dos rastros.
Para que un perro apruebe y se le otorgue una clasificación, deberá haber aprobado los dos rastros.
En caso de empate, el perro más joven gana.
Puntuación por equipos:
Para la puntuación por equipos, es necesario que al menos 2 binomios de un mismo equipo hayan aprobado.
El ranking por equipo se obtendrá de la suma aritmética de las puntuaciones de los dos mejores binomios clasificados de cada club miembro/país.
En caso de empate, el equipo con los perros más jóvenes gana.
En ambos casos, tanto a nivel individual como a nivel de equipos, en caso de que la condición de perro(s) más joven(es) no eliminase el empate, serían los jueces los que determinarían los ganadores.
Precio de la inscripción por binomio:
El precio de la inscripción es de 80 €.

WUSV Championship FPr3 Regulations 2023
The WUSV FPr3 Championship is a cynological activity that follows the IGP-FPr3 international working/utility regulations and is open to all teams from member clubs of the World Union of German Shepherd Dog Clubs (WUSV) in the world.
Teams will consist of up to 4 binomials, initially 3 of which will compete and an alternate will be nominated by the team leader at the pre-draw meeting. In the event that the number of countries registered is less than expected, the organization may allow up to 4 binomials per country to compete.
The conditions for registration and participation are:
Dog:
– Purebred German Shepherd Dogs (dog with a pedigree recognized by the WUSV).
– They must be in possession of an IGP-3 or IGP-FPr3 test prior to the championship.
– Certificate of good health issued by a veterinarian.
– Valid health card, including rabies vaccination.
The handler:
– Teams will be composed of up to 4 competitors, one of them will be the reserve.
– It is the WUSV member clubs who are in charge of registering the binomials and appointing a team leader.
Date of the veterinary inspection and delivery of documentation, bibs and accreditations:
Tuesday, April 11, 2023 all day and Wednesday, April 12, 2023 in the morning. (municipal handball center of Lerma)
Date of the team leaders meeting:
Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. (the organization will indicate the place).
Date of the draw:
Wednesday, April 12, 2023. (the organization will indicate the time to the team leader, however it will be in the afternoon.
Date of the competition:
Thursday the 13th, Friday the 14th and Saturday the 15th of April 2023. (The presentation of trophies will take place on Sunday morning at the main stadium).
Development of the trials:
Each binomial will have to perform two traces on different days with each of the 2 judges of the championship.
The tracking grounds will be of tilled land.
The objects will be those provided by the sponsoring sports equipment company for the Championship and will be shown on the website, as well as the starting flag.
Individual scoring:
The individual score will be the arithmetic sum of the two scores awarded by each judge in each of the two tracks.
For a dog to pass and be awarded a classification, it must have passed both tracks.
In the event of a tie, the younger dog wins.
Team scoring:
For team scoring, it is necessary that at least 2 binomials of the same team have passed.
The team ranking will be obtained from the arithmetic sum of the scores of the two best qualified binomials of each member club/country.
In case of a tie, the team with the youngest dogs wins.
In both the individual and team levels, in the event that the youngest dog(s) status does not eliminate the tie, the judges will determine the winners.
Entry fee per binomial competitor:
The entry fee is 80 €.

WUSV FPr3 Meisterschaftsreglement 2023
Die WUSV FPr3-Meisterschaft ist eine kynologische Aktivität, die dem internationalen IGP-FPr3-Reglement für Gebrauchshunde folgt und allen Teams aus den Mitgliedsvereinen der Weltunion der Deutschen Schäferhundevereine (WUSV) in der Welt offen steht.
Die Teams bestehen aus bis zu 4 Binomials, von denen zunächst 3 antreten und ein Stellvertreter vom Teamleiter bei der Vorbesprechung der Auslosung benannt wird. Sollte die Zahl der angemeldeten Länder geringer sein als erwartet, kann die Organisation bis zu 4 Binomials pro Land zum Wettbewerb zulassen.
Die Bedingungen für die Anmeldung und Teilnahme sind:
Hund:
– Reinrassige Deutsche Schäferhunde (Hund mit einer von der WUSV anerkannten Ahnentafel).
– Sie müssen vor der Meisterschaft im Besitz einer IGP-3- oder IGP-FPr3-Prüfung sein.
– Ein von einem Tierarzt ausgestelltes Gesundheitszeugnis.
– Gültige Gesundheitskarte, einschließlich Tollwutimpfung.
Der Hundeführer:
– Die Teams bestehen aus bis zu 4 Teilnehmern, von denen einer der Reserveführer ist.
– Die WUSV-Mitgliedsvereine sind für die Anmeldung der Binomials und die Ernennung eines Mannschaftsführers zuständig.
Datum der tierärztlichen Kontrolle und der Übergabe der Unterlagen, Startnummern und Akkreditierungen:
Dienstag, 11. April 2023, ganztägig und Mittwoch, 12. April 2023, vormittags. (Städtisches Handballzentrum von Lerma)
Datum der Sitzung der Teamleiter:
Mittwoch, 12. April 2023, 15.30 Uhr (der Veranstaltungsort wird von der Organisation mitgeteilt).
Datum der Verlosung:
Mittwoch, 12. April 2023. (Die Organisation wird dem Teamleiter die Uhrzeit mitteilen, es wird jedoch der Nachmittag sein).
Datum des Wettbewerbs:
Donnerstag, 13., Freitag, 14. und Samstag, 15. April 2023. (Die Siegerehrung findet am Sonntagmorgen im Hauptstadion statt).
Ablauf der Prüfungen:
Jeder Binomial muss zwei Fährten an verschiedenen Tagen mit jedem der beiden Richter der Meisterschaft durchführen.
Das Fährtengelände besteht aus Ackerland.
Die Objekte werden von der Firma, die die Meisterschaft sponsert, zur Verfügung gestellt und sind auf der Website zu sehen, ebenso wie die Startflagge.
Individuelle Wertung:
Die Einzelwertung ergibt sich aus der arithmetischen Summe der beiden von jedem Richter in jeder der beiden Fährten vergebenen Wertungen.
Damit ein Hund die Prüfung besteht und eine Wertung erhält, muss er beide Fährten bestanden haben.
Bei Gleichstand gewinnt der jüngere Hund.
Mannschaftswertung:
Für die Mannschaftswertung ist es erforderlich, dass mindestens 2 Binomials der gleichen Mannschaft bestanden haben.
Die Mannschaftswertung ergibt sich aus der arithmetischen Summe der Punktzahlen der beiden besten qualifizierten Binomials jedes Mitgliedsvereins/Landes.
Bei Gleichstand gewinnt die Mannschaft mit den jüngsten Hunden.
Sowohl in der Einzel- als auch in der Mannschaftswertung werden die Sieger von den Richtern ermittelt, falls der Status des jüngsten Hundes/der jüngsten Hunde den Gleichstand nicht aufhebt.
Meldegebühr pro Teilnehmer mit zwei Hunden:
Das Startgeld beträgt 80 €.
